The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads, conducting needs analysis and presenting solutions that align with client goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with inbound leads, qualifying their needs and scheduling appointments for senior sales leadership.
- Present products and services to potential clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (candidates with a strong hunger to learn and a 'hunter' mentality are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work the night shift (shift times vary, typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
