Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone and email to identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis and present our premium products/services tailored to client requirements.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using CRM software to ensure accurate tracking of leads and conversions.
- Overcome objections and negotiate pricing to close sales contracts effectively.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high retention rate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently during night shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not required for office-based work).
