Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present our premium products and services to prospective clients and effectively overcome objections.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid night shift environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
