Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for account executives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Close sales over the phone and/or via email correspondence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and targeting.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Call Center sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive drive.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
