Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls during the evening shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
- Must be available and willing to work night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
