Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads during night shift hours to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to accurately log calls, emails, and follow-up activities.
- Cross-sell and upsell products/services to maximize revenue per account.
- Collaborate with the morning sales team to ensure seamless transitions and accurate handovers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service environments.
- Must be available to work night shift schedules (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office setting.
