Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling during night shifts.
- Manage and qualify leads using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies.
- Ensure accurate data entry and daily reporting of sales activities.
- Overcome objections and close deals to meet monthly quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
