Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads in the Memphis area and beyond.
- Engage prospects via email and CRM updates to qualify leads and book appointments.
- Present product demonstrations and service overviews to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Manage and maintain accurate data within the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (afternoon/evening hours).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
