Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads generated by our marketing team.
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert prospects into qualified appointments.
- Present product demonstrations and discuss solutions tailored to client needs.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve sales scripts and strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive phone manner.
- Proficiency with computer software and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred for the Los Angeles market.
- A self-starter who is goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
