Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Perform needs analysis and product demonstrations to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in nightly training sessions and team huddles to stay aligned with sales goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST).
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
