Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects, identify customer pain points, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage and maintain a daily activity log in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate order processing.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Service.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive, professional tone.
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.
- High school diploma or GED required.
