Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive recurring revenue growth
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 15-20% through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce with 99% accuracy
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to master new product features

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of closing complex deals
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Exceptional communication skills with polished phone and email etiquette
- Comfortable working night shift (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
