Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of inbound leads, converting interest into qualified appointments or closed deals.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, update customer records, and maintain accurate data.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with potential clients through professional communication and active listening.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years minimum) in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high energy levels during the night shift hours.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
