Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads and build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections effectively to drive conversions.
- Close deals and accurately update pipeline data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (Night shift experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts (evenings/overnights) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- High school diploma or GED required.
