What You'll Do:
- Generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present product and service solutions to prospective clients in a consultative manner.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to new and existing leads.
- Demonstrate products and services to prospective customers via phone.
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales appointments.
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer data and deal status.
- Follow up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated in a night shift schedule.
- Strong computer literacy and CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High level of resilience and the drive to earn uncapped income.
