In this direct hire role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound inquiries, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth for our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to qualified leads generated by our marketing team.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce and Gong to accurately log interactions and track pipeline progression.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in nightly training sessions and team huddles to maintain peak performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales or Customer Service.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and maintain a high quota attainment rate.
