Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize established scripts and databases to identify and qualify potential leads through high-volume calling and email campaigns.
- Close Deals: Present our premium products/services to potential clients, overcome objections, and secure new business opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Customer Retention: Manage existing accounts, conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction, and nurture long-term business relationships.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, sales activities, and customer information in our CRM platform (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review sales data and call metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (Shift hours: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
