Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through targeted outbound calling and digital outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends through continuous training
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate sales records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and self-manage during night shift hours
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM MST)
