Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to enterprise clients in Oklahoma/Texas region
- Close sales deals and maintain CRM records with 95% accuracy
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Attend weekly night-shift training sessions on product updates
- Track and report sales metrics using Salesforce.com
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to travel 10% for regional events
