Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while demonstrating deep product knowledge
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with relentless prospecting and negotiation skills
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and forecast pipeline accurately
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills with phone-based sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust sales tactics dynamically
- Available to work night shift (Monday-Friday, 6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Valid US work authorization and reliable home office setup
