Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Exceed quarterly sales targets by 20%+ in our overnight shift
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing using Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Document all interactions in CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies monthly
- Participate in bi-weekly overnight training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in remote teams
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong time management and self-motivation for overnight schedules
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
