Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present tailored product solutions to potential clients across Oklahoma and Texas
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ daily call volume standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in quarterly sales contests and incentive programs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with Midwestern/Texas market awareness
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven night shift environment
- Self-motivated personality with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
