Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build rapport and present solutions to B2B clients using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales quotas by 20%+ through strategic pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and value propositions
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate sales records
- Participate in weekly team training and performance optimization sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand client relationships
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record in remote work environments
- Comfortable working night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM PST)
- Associate degree or equivalent sales certification required
