Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads via outbound calling, email, and CRM tools
- Build relationships with enterprise clients through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign optimization and lead nurturing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility

Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Self-motivated with demonstrated quota achievement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications preferred
