Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting strategies
- Build and maintain client relationships while presenting product solutions tailored to business needs
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic negotiation and value-based selling
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion funnels and campaign effectiveness
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to position solutions competitively
- Participate in team huddles and training sessions to refine sales techniques and share best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Flexibility to work night shift (6 PM - 2 AM PST) including weekends during peak seasons
