Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads via phone, email, and digital channels
- Build relationships with potential clients through consultative selling
- Present product solutions and close sales agreements
- Exceed monthly sales targets using CRM software (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales or outbound calling experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in night shift environment
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
