Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting during night shift hours
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) to track interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless client handoffs and continuity
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently during night shift (6 PM - 2 AM PST)
