Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and digital prospecting
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales approaches
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience (inside/outside sales)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
