Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Present product demos and effectively handle objections to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
- Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track activity and forecast sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willingness to work a standard full-time schedule.
