Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying upsell opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets with consistent conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM MST)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional local client visits)
