Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients across multiple industries
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies

Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (8 PM - 5 AM ET)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
