Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and articulate the value proposition of our products.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals within Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Conduct product demonstrations and needs analysis calls to tailor solutions for clients.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsell revenue.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales, SaaS, or technology sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
