As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth by connecting with potential clients and showcasing our industry-leading solutions.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain service features to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Document all customer interactions and update customer records accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train the right attitude and drive.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional team events).
- A self-starter mindset with a hunger to learn and succeed.
