Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals over the phone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies and target audiences.
- Track all interactions and activity using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (Candidates with a strong work ethic and sales drive are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
