Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demonstrations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas using Salesforce CRM
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine sales approaches
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Spanish language skills preferred for South American markets
