Responsibilities
- Proactively generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce.com
- Develop deep product knowledge to present solutions to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent pipeline growth
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
