Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads through active listening and strategic questioning to uncover client needs.
- Present tailored product and service solutions that drive value and close deals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage and update accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or lead generation is preferred.
- Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
- A resilient work ethic and a positive attitude under pressure.
