Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through our proprietary CRM system
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultative sales calls
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly performance reviews
- Develop deep product expertise to address complex client needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with verifiable quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Strong closing skills with minimum 15% conversion rate
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record in remote work
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
