Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
