In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our revenue generation strategy, working closely with marketing and leadership to exceed quarterly targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Demo Delivery: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase our value proposition.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close new business opportunities and achieve monthly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Client Retention: Proactively manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead hand-offs and campaign strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Location: Must be based in San Diego, CA, or willing to work remotely from Illinois (US).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
