Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Qualify leads based on demographic and behavioral data to ensure sales readiness.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Close sales opportunities within the assigned territory and quota parameters.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven ability to exceed KPIs.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
