Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build strong client relationships while presenting product solutions tailored to customer needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the full sales cycle
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline reports in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing client accounts
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
