Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Present product demos and overcome objections to close deals.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
