Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, update client data, and forecast monthly revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
