Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs-based discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Manage and qualify leads within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and pipeline hygiene.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and maximize revenue per customer.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaign strategies and follow-up on inbound leads.
- Attend daily sales huddles and weekly training sessions to refine selling techniques.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Success.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
