Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients within the local and regional market.
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored product/service solutions to prospective customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding new accounts.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track progress, update records, and report key metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Success.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on results.
