Your Mission:

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure favorable business agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or account management.
- Proven ability to cold call, qualify leads, and close deals consistently.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving high-performance goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
