Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and business needs.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively overcome objections to close deals.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel using CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with a strong desire to earn top-tier commissions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to the office in San Francisco (CA) or Albuquerque (NM) for onboarding/training.
