Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to B2B clients
- Develop customized sales presentations aligned with client needs and industry trends
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 25+ weekly qualified demos
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline metrics and forecast accurately
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and negotiation techniques
- Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and market insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with demonstrable quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in SaaS or tech industry
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and match solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
