Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of prospects using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated 'hunter' mentality with a focus on hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
